Hey there!

Hi there! Welcome to my little corner of the Internet. My name is Felicia Carter and I exist to use my story to inspire you to step into all you were created for and called to with confidence.

If you and I haven't met yet, here's a few things to know about me:

I live in Franklin, Tennessee and wouldn't dream of living anywhere else on Planet Earth.
The greatest gift I have ever been given and the greatest gift I have to give is my story. God has been so, so good to me through this train wreck we call life, and I believe there is power in sharing about His goodness.
I have a very rare, chronic medical condition called Marshall Syndrome. This journey has taken me through 19 surgeries and many health battles, but I am committed to living an active life of "get to" and I just keep fighting.
I am working on my first book and it's been a true labor of love. The book is about the knowing who we are as sons and daughters of God and stepping into all He has created us for with confidence.
One of my favorite things to do is spend time speaking into people and helping them see the gold that God sees in them and I know exists within them. I believe in redemption stories. Sometimes, that is a one-on-one chat at a coffee shop and sometimes, that looks like a keynote in front of thousands. Either way, I love seeing people relentlessly pursue the best version of themselves.
I'm a licensed real estate broker and own AgentAligned, a worldwide real estate matchmaking service where I help connect you to the RIGHT real estate agent that I personally know and trust so you don't have to take a gamble on potentially one of the largest financial decisions of your life.
I coach real estate agents, brokers and inside sales agents on building their businesses through better systems and skills at Convert with Confidence.
Local coffee shops, running outside or working out with my coach, playing in the grass with a fluffy dog, game nights with friends and serving at my local church are all some things I jump out of bed for each and everyday!
